We offer expert fish processing services to ensure your catch is handled with the utmost care and precision. Our skilled team will cut, trim, and skin your fish (halibut, rockfish), portioning fillets into convenient 0.5–1 lb. servings. Each piece is vacuum-sealed, flash-frozen, and securely boxed—ready for you to take home. Looking for custom cuts? We can prepare whole fillets, butterfly cuts, steaks, or other special requests—just let us know at drop-off!
